I have contacted A & L and they say they will ivestigate my claims about a mis sold PPI. What does this investigation consist of? Do they simply go back and listen to the recording of the application process?

Hi there

Basically they go through all the information on your account, from when this was sold to you, how this was sold to you and track down any telephone recordings if necessary and so on.;)
I would also request for a copy of the recordings for yourself X

Hi All,

Can someone tell me the whereabouts on here for PPI reclaiming template letters for Credit Cards please, Ive been searching for the last 20mins or so and still no luck, I only seem to find the letters re: Bank Loans/ Charges.

My tesco Loan I applied for on the internet in 2004 I was still sold ppi I was still miss sold it because of a medical condition has anyone claimed from an internet bought loan

I know of a couple with tesco who have won. Don't know if they were internet or not but Natalie6999 is one and I am sure will post up in a while.
