Hello I hope you are all well this lovely sunny Saturday!! (im sure that will change)
As you may remember i am claiming against Picture Finance (almost £8500) for my PPI that was added to the term of my loan, Picture has ceased trading and my complain has been passed to FSCS, i had not heard from them for a long time so i wrote and asked if they could provide me with an update- they wrote back and said that they are still waiting for something to happen with Picture before they are able to review the claims and possibly offer compensation, does anyone know how long everything could take, i am really fed up of everything and we are due to have a £2k rebate from them what do we do about that??

:j Just recieved a letter this morning saying they are offering a full refund , can't believe it after just 1 letter .Can anyone tell me how much total cash price of ppi £4184.45 add £2920.27 interest total payable £7104.72 added at beginning of loan feb 05 policy hfc cancelled policy in dec 08 as we had defaulted . They have applied for ccj from northampton county court and we have to go to local court beginning of may . Hfc say refund will take 6 to 8 weeks how will this effect our ccj . I am not sure if this will effect the CCJ, hopefully someone who have been in this postion will confirm, good luck with this bit.
