Hi there
So sorry to hear this.
Was you loan in arrears, (any missed payments)?
I am aware if this is the case they are entitled to do this, otherwise if not, to what I know of you should have a choice with this, to have it paid directly to you, in this case contact them.
Despite that, even though its not the way you wanted this, good one and well done on this refund.:T:beer: XXThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Thank you for quick reply
Yes it is good to get it reduced, I was only one month behind.
I had that earmarked for a new laptop!!!!
Just sent them a secure message pointing this fact out to them! After all it was my money they were taking illegally! lol:rolleyes:0 -

That is so annoying........, it wouldn't be too bad if they put the amount in for the arrears and paid you the rest of it direct. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

After reading some posts here that it took just one letter to reclaim their PPI back etc not me! Lloyds took three letters and then the Ombusdman stepped in another 9 months passed and many more weeks. In the end the postman delivered me £4200 this morning I dare say this ultimately is the Governments bail out Lloyds ducked out of it again rrrr, anyway very pleased with what should have been a straight forward loan without the protection which is what I asked for in the first place. Dont give up even if it takes a few more stamps!!!! Thanks for the awareness moneysuperman otherwise these scallywags would have gotten away with this!0

1 letter to Sainsbury's bank about 1 month ago! 1 cheque received for £1600! Plus another letter to say there will be another £250 on its way! Total reclaims for me and my partner are now £10k!!
All for the price of stamps!0 -
