  • On reading Martin's advice and using his templates - I thought i would complain about a Santander Paymentcare Policy that was sold to us when we took out our Mortgage back in 1993 - I heard back from them twice saying they were looking into it and thought no more about it today received letter from them offering all the premiums plus the interest from 1993 to date of approx £13,000 - what a lovely Xmas present.
So if you are thinking its not worth it give it a go you have nothing to lose and lots to gain.:j:beer:

I got told by NRAM they initially mislaid my letter sent to them in April so they would start claim again and it would start from May 30th and could take 16 weeks to respond . Received a letter today with an offer I have accepted and sent back acceptance by recorded delivery will see how long it takes them to pay into my account letter states upto 28 days .

How long did it take for them to pay you? I have been waiting for a cheque for 23 WORKING days:mad:
