Hi just to say a big "thankyou" for all who post splendid information and help ..
After submitting the first template from this site about reclaiming mis-sold PPI
I have just been refunded all of the PPI +8% interest for a loan I took out in march 2004 via the internet with Cahoot!
Abbey, who dealt with the claim were quick, polite, and ultimatley effective!

In October 2008 I sent a letter to A & L using the template provided by this
website,I am self-employed the insurance is not suitable for me.
In January this year they aggreed to give me a refund. I have had a reduction of £60 in my monthly payments and this morning I had a cheque for
£2403.78 in the post! - deep joy. If you are thinking about doing a claim and
are not sure-make it happen
