    Hello all,

I have just received a letter form Bank of Scotland to say they are upholding my PPI claim on a credit card with them. Ive had the card and been paying PPi for 10 years!!!!!!! I dont know what the amount will be but i will let you know. Ive already had £4000 from old bank loand back from them.

Oh well done all the girls that is excellent news.

Make sure they justify all their payments back to you and that they include interest and 8%. It will only goe back 6 years I am sure but that will be a very nice refund. Hope it does not take to long.:D

  • After a year of letters to LTSB and the ombudsman, we have finally been awarded a refund of close to £2k for a mis-sold PPI policy (including interest and some compensation), so thank you to Martin and the rest of the team that run the site! If it wasn't for you, we wouldn't have known how to get the ball rolling. The ombusman service has been brilliant too, even though they're really busy. So for anyone in the middle of reclaiming, stick with it! :D
