    Hello again lol

Letter from MBNA today stating they would be sending a cheque out in the next 10 days, wait for it...................a whole £16 but better in my pocket than theirs.

Checked through SAR and on the credit agreement ppi box was not ticked but they seemed to add it and then refund it, but did not refund a payment.

MBNA are very hard work and very very slow at replying had to chase them up with two letters, they also do not send out any letters to you confirming receipt of your complaint.

Thank you everyone for your help and your kind words, I love you all xxxxxxxxxx
wow:cool: now before you let it go to your head please think carefully what you are going to do with this money:rolleyes: dont do anything too hasty:D dont go splashing out:eek: if you waste it you will only regret it ;);)

 Hi martin, remember me?i was on the TONIGHT programme, with you,in october '07.i had a loan with the 'BLUE TALKING TELEPHONE'.i've just received a cheque off RBS.The loan was £5000,over 4 years.we were charged,i think,£136 a month.the cheque we've just received is for £956,the PPI,plus interest.i wrote twice, about this, to RBS,but was refused,so got in touch with FSO.After lots of arguing,RBS decided to give us it back,as a "goodwill gesture".so again martin THANKS.:T :A
p.s all you need now is a little 'sword' tapping on your shoulders.
:T:T:T:Tthat is good news, well done:D:D:D:D
