  • Hey Guys

Just a note to say that I have sucessfully reclaimed my PPI from HFC. I thought I was in it for the long haul but 2 weeks ago after I had received confirmation from the FOS that they had got my complaint I got a letter from HFC sayig they are refunding my PPI plus interest total amount of £4502.

Started by sending a letter in beginning December last year nothing for 10 weeks so called to say as I had received nothing I was complaining to the ombusdman and then a couple of weeks latter the refund. Was in my bank account in 5 days.

Keep going and don't give up. I nearly did and it was only the comments on here that made me persue it and not just give up!

    Hello again lol

Letter from MBNA today stating they would be sending a cheque out in the next 10 days, wait for it...................a whole £16 but better in my pocket than theirs.

Checked through SAR and on the credit agreement ppi box was not ticked but they seemed to add it and then refund it, but did not refund a payment.

MBNA are very hard work and very very slow at replying had to chase them up with two letters, they also do not send out any letters to you confirming receipt of your complaint.

Thank you everyone for your help and your kind words, I love you all xxxxxxxxxx
