Email the CEO, the same one as Lloyds isn't it?

Do you have the CEO email addy?

They do not allow us to post them up anymore, when we do it all comes up as exclaimation marks.:(

    Hi

So does the statement show PPI? (just double checking)? if so you could send that and give it a go, because this will prove you were paying for ppi.

Otherwise they are saying there is no reclaim because there was no ppi in the first place if you get my drift, so as said above any paperwork/statement at all that proves there was ppi, do send them a copy.;)

Hi Sorry, I think my post may be didnt read right ..... they said I didnt take in when I did the online applications but did take it when I activated my card ...... but I simply to not agree with this! SHould I ask for a transcript? any help would be great

    Hi just to clarify
letter states "You completed a credit card application on line and you did not purhcase the PPI (Feb 2004)

You purchased the PPI on 1 April 2004 when you called to activate your card.

YOu would have agreed to it at this point."

To be honest I cant imagine my OH agreeing to this and I would have been with him when he activated his card ..... I am one controlling partner!! LOL

anyone else had this response from Capital One .....

should I get them to look at it again? or ask for the transcript?

    Hi

Thank you for clarifying on this and no probs.;)

Oh yes do ask for the copy of the transcript, they must still have the details if they told you this, so worth asking for it.

Have you tried requesting for a Subject Access Request (SAR)?
This is of course optional, but with this request they must comply and send data they still hold, where they supposed to keep data on file for at least the last 6 years, some hold them even longer than that, so it's up to you if you want to do this, this costs the one off payment of £10 cheque or postal order, they have 40 calendar days to comply by the data protection act (DPA).
As said though it's up to you if you want to do this, and there is a link to the template letter below.

However, they may still provide details of the transcript free of charge to you on request.;)

My IVA was paid/ended October 2011 I am currently claiming ppi I have received one payment of over £1700 from one creditor all they required was copy of my certificate of compliance.
I have another claim for witch I have been offered £268 they are saying that they will contact my supervisor and and pay directly to them But (iva is over).
They also say why was ppi not mentioned at the proposal stage and included as asset and want to offset and use lots language that don't understand so I am a little worried sounds like I might loose more money than I receive.
If I send them a copy of my certificate of compliance. Can they take any further action?
    i was told that my
compliance would show on credit history
