    Hiya

If you have proof on any paperwork that your OH was sold PPI, then I would send them a copy and ask them to look into this again, tell them this have been overlooked by them.

    Good luck.

Hi no we have nothing at all just one old statement with an amount on. Having not ticked the box on the online submission I just cant see we would have agreed to anything over the phone. when activating the card.

    Hi

So does the statement show PPI? (just double checking)? if so you could send that and give it a go, because this will prove you were paying for ppi.

Otherwise they are saying there is no reclaim because there was no ppi in the first place if you get my drift, so as said above any paperwork/statement at all that proves there was ppi, do send them a copy.;)

  • Best of luck telling hmrc we are having a terrible time with these WALLIES they do not know what they are doing WORSE THAN THE BANKS.
We have tried to PAY them nobody wants to know with LETTERS they do not respond and you go on the phone to them they all tell you a different story .We will send you paperwork they say and they DO NOT .Very frustrating they do not seem to want our money .I WONDER WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF WE HAD NOT CONTACTED THEM .PROBABLY LOCKED UP AS TAX DODGERS.
    Best of luck to all.

Hi all i m looking for some advise please about ppi on a credit card .
I have claimed my ppi back on a card i had with yorkshire bank/ clydesdale bank from 1995 until i closed it down in 2010 , i was turned down by the bank and sent it to FOS.
