Please help me ,i had a phone call last year from a so called company by the name of charge right, who explained to me they could claim ppi and mis sold mortgage fees totaling appox £28000,to good to be true i thought, when they wanted £300 up front,i checked them out on the net and they are regulated by the ministry of justice,i asked them to call me back at the end of the month, which they did and i payed them,to my stupidness by debit card,i then left it a week after receiving loads of paper work, and contacted them saying i did not want to go ahead, and wanted my money back, which i got the next day! i then thought they were legit, say repayed them to Carrie on with various claims etc, then after a few months the paper work stoped coming and i was unable to contact them, know i desperate to get the money back,i know ive been stupid but i trusted them after the first refund, can anyone help me PLEASE.

    Report them to these.

Ask them what you should do.
Just to let you know, they do not know that you could claim 28,000
mortgage fees etc, let the MOJ know what they said to you to get you to pay this fee, they should not do this.

Do you know the banks these claims were put into? you need to contact them and tell them you are doing this yourself now, tell them about the claims co and ask that all correspondence goes to you and not the claims co.

The letter should say final response, if it does then go to FOS, if not, then write back to them.

    Thanks amersall

If you did apply online, be warned the Bank will regard this as a "non-advised" sale.
But many Banks used a pre-ticked box for PPI up until Summer 2004, so if your credit card was taken out prior to this you may have a chance.
