    Well done you
  • Has anyone won a case against Capital One when they were alleged to have ticked a yes box on the form? I certainly would not have done something like so I cannot see how they can say that this is a final decision.

    Hi All,

I have been reading this thread for a while and wanted to share my Lloyds story with you. I made a complaint about 2 loans back in June and got a letter on 21st October offering me £1912.88 - well chuffed!! In the letter it stated that interest would be paid until 15 November 2011. I called them to query this and they said that I would have the cheque by then.

Well 15th November was yesterday and suprise surprise no cheque, so I called again yesterday and was told it can take 16 weeks from the date of the offer for the cheque to arrive - so the 10 February is when it should arrive by!

Thanks for all advice on this forum, I wouldnt have had the courage to do this alone with out it!

    Spex x
