    Hiya

Fingers crossed on yours too, that's not bad going with the FOS/Adjudicator, hopefully it won't be too long for your case to be resolved, 12 months is far better than 18 months by far.
Glad you posted up this for mumofjanda, cheers and good luck to you both xx;);)

    Hi Di

I hope you and your family are well, you still do a fantastic job on here what would the forum do without you. ;)

    Thanks Nat,

Like you say we will carry on fighting and get there in the end!

Looking on the brightside it means we can keep in touch with everyone on this forum over the next 18 months or so at least....I'd be lost without you all!!:)......and as I said to my DH 'think of the extra interest we'll get!'

Can i ask, do you ring the FOS to log the complaint before sending in the paperwork?

    Best of luck with yours!

Just seen it was your birthday today! Hope it was a good one, Happy Birthday!!!

Thank you for your kind words xx I did ring the FOS first before I sent the paperwork to log the complaint they also gave me a reference no over the telephone. They are open 8am until 6pm. Have a good day your on the correct path now :D

    Morning everyone,
Sent an e mail to Lloyds yesterday and copied to ceo enquiring about my ppi refund, checked my bank account last night and one was in my account . Checked again this morning and the other one had been paid also. Just to recap it was for two credit cards. Recieved upheld letters then got letters with figures on 16 sept. It said I did not need to reply and money would be paid shortly. I've lost my smilies but believe me they are there! Seems like Lloyds are moving along with things now. Now I've done mine I can concentrate my attention on Bank charges for my daughter and her boyfriend. Many many thanks to everyone who has given advice or encouragement and for this forum which helps so many.

Totally flabergasted, just phoned First Plus to check how the "Offer" that the gentleman had told me to expect was getting along. Well that lady said to me there is no offer on the system as yet and there may not be as it doesn't look as if you have sent in the information we requested your FOS questionnaire, oh I said that has been sent in along with copies of the First Plus paperwork that I had initially received when the loan were first taken out, I gave her the relevant recorded delivery numbers oh she said this will have to go to the team to investigate but the Augustone that was sent to them has not been read yet soI will mark this one urgent. And heres me thinking all the things I will buy with the monies that I would be getting back. Then she said you may need to go to the Ombudsman as Dial4aloan were the broker. What do I do next please? 16 week deadline is up today. The lady told me to phone back on Monday
    Hi

How frustrating, FP really have a very poor system and dont seem to liaise with one another. I rang Monday to see if our acceptance had been recieved and was told they could not talk to me only my husband as ppi in his name , although joint account. I have dealt with this and spoken to advisors all the way along! If I were you dont let them get away with that, ring again and ask to speak to a supervisor or e mail the CEO
