Letter of receipt from FOS this morning,stating they will be in touch again within 3 weeks,assuming it will say they are starting to look into my complaint as I am not expecting it to be THAT quick

Hi All,

Just rang Black Horse, got through straight away. Spoke to a lovely woman who told me they had issued my cheque today:j:j

Also it was for 100 quid more than they had initially said:beer:
That will take it to £3739:beer: Hopefully see it soon:T:T

Do you currently bank with them? Sorry to go on a tangent but I bank with LLoyds and am awaiting payment - just concerned that they'll use the money to pay off some of my current loan.

No, haven't banked with LLoyds for 5 or 6 years, this loan was paid off in 2005. I would give them a call and ask the question.
They were extremely helpful when i just spoke to them

Oh I am a couple of weeks behind you with my Barclayloan claim. They sent me a letter on 14th September with a redress amount saying I don't need to do anything more. Hoping as you have now received your cheque they will pay into my Barclays account soon.

I bank with Lloyds and they told me I'll have a chque and they DONT pay it off your loan as its cash you shouldnt have paid out. I cant wait for my cheque spent most of it already lol
