has anyone actually had their elusive cheque from lloyds...and how long have you been waiting from posting acceptance letter?
Hi
I take it you were successful then? Well done!:T & Congratulations!
I believe some are of 21 days after they receive the signed acceptance and others 28 days, however if you have not emailed them yet, maybe they will be able to confirm, good luck.

Good Morning, was wondering if anybody could pmsl me the ceo of halifax email address please.
We sent a claim to the the halifax on the 6/6/11 for a cc, we recevied acknowledgement from them with a ref no, dated 14/6. We just realised we have not heard anything since, contacted hfx this am, and they say they have nothing on the screen for that claim!!!!!! and advised us to contact the fos. Decided to contact the ceo as not satisfied with this
Hi Jenny

ask them to deal with this promptly as a valued customer of Halifax, you can always tell them you are considering contacting your MP in regards of this matter, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Had great success with Lloyds and they have paid me back everything that they owe. :T
I had a Debenhams Card some years back and I understand Santander deal with it now, I have written but not much success - anyone have an e-mail or telephone number for them?0 -
I Have a running Claim for PPI paid on my Mortgage from back in 2003!
Told when taking it out that myself and wife had to have it as first time buyers, also due to our employment conditions we couldn't have benefited from the majority of the policy anyway!!! Naughty Bank!
Halifax were the bank and it only took the one letter from the MSE website sent by myself ( DO NOT USE ONE OF THE COMPANIES TO SEND A LETTER FOR YOU DO IT YOURSELF) i then received various update letters including the final offer letter.
I called them today for an update and the calculations show i am due a Cheque for £9603.16. This is likely to take a few weeks but it is coming.
Thank you to everyone at MSE :money: for your great advice, keep it up and keep telling punters not to use companies to help, DO IT YOURSELF, if i had used the company i would have just given them all the same information that i sent off to Halifax myself and my £9k would be reduced by a whopping % fee!0 -

Glad to have been some help, we are all happy for you well done!:A:A xxx
Thanks Di
To be honest I can't quite believe it, I thought they would just ignore me.
Let's hope the letter I sent to intelligent finance does the sametheir 14 days is up this week.
This win should knock about £70 / month off our repayment and a nice cheque of ??? Will be on it's way soon
Thank you again x0 -
Have today been informed that £3144.75 has been credited to my secured Welcome loan account as full and final settlement of my PPI Claim. I'm now only 33 months away from paying off the balance of £9571. A lesson well and truly learn't!
Thanks to all who write on here, it's a very helpful and informative website.
