Total amount of PPI since sold: £10'202.91
Total Interest for PPI premiums : £21'241.42
    8% Interest :£1'828.70
    Total payable £33'273.03

Now...They will pay off the outstanding balance on the card which is a shocking £14'906.98. but we are more than happy about this as it was costing just over £500.00 per month. A cheque for the remaining £18'366.05 will be sent withing 28 days (fingers crossed).

This claim took just 7 weeks from sending in the claim forms.

Hubby is going to treat himself to a Rickenbacker guitar, & I'm getting the sports car (MX-5 is the top of my short list at the moment!)

The way our luck is going today, I think I'll buy a ticket for tonights Lotto!!!!

    One VERY happy little Bear!

    To the lovely forum,

I have a bit a silly question here, Barclays have stated in their offer letter that they will:

    Pay the full PPI premium
The interest charged on the premium
    8% per annum simple interest
one of the loans had PPI paid for 3 years and the APR of the loan was 10.9%, does this mean that 10.9 will be applied to total PPI premiums paid per year/ i.e. 10.9% per year times the total paid for towards PPI per year?

    Thanks for all your help.

Hi, can anyone help please? I have had several loans over the years with what is now santander but my loans were with girobank which then became alliance and leicester which is now santander. My question is, do I contact santander about the loan i had from alliance and leicester as i know i was told i had to have ppi....many thanks and congrats to all successes!!!!!!

Hey, tyro im not sure but some one will be along shortly to advise you correctly, however, dont think it would harm you sending a email of complaint to Santander seen as though they have taken over.

    Their email is: ceo@santander.co.uk

    Good luck :):) xx
