What were you reclaiming:PPI on credit card from 2001
Who was the provider: Lloyds TSB
How much did you get back: £1570.42
Did you get it back after a letter or did you go to the Financial Ombudsman: Financial ombudsman
And then write your brief reclaim tale: I sent the first template letter on 24/08/09 and adjusted to my own needs. Lloyds said no and I went to the ombudsman who upheld my complaint, but Lloyds ignored them. Finally after almost 2 years Lloyds are paying out.

Patience is required with Lloyds, but it looks like they're starting to move:T

Good luck to everyone still waiting and thanks to all:)

I chucked that into word to change the font - that was playing havoc with my eyesight!

Just taking loan 3, doesnt look right to me (would be obliged if the others could give input!)

    Their figures -

Loan 3: total PPI premiums £1774
plus interest on premiums paid £ 609.68
    plus 8% interest £1366.75

    total award of compensation £3750.43

    On my calculations, taking the 8% on £1774 + 609.68 (£2380)

    Charging interest from 19/07/01 to 13/08/2011 on £2380 = £1,901.91

So by that, purely on loan 3 they are £535.16 out

BUT they may only be adding the 8% from the date each PPI payment was made to the current date?

Congratulations to all who have got their PPI back!
