hi guys postie just been with letter from blackhorse saying they have not upheld my 2 complaints don't believe i was mis sold so disappointed with this i will pass on to fos but with so much wins on this site i was hoping for one too :(:(

What reasons did you give for mis sell and was this the final response?.

If it was the final response then send it to fos,it may help if you can give more reasons for mis sell to add to the ones you have given.

Well, my postman has been and all he has left me is a new tax disc.

At £253 for 6 months, I could do with a payday from HBOS :rotfl:

• Who was the provider: MINT (RBS)
• How much did you get back: £804.24 + £160.52 interest + £4.02 (>8wks to resolve 8% interest) - 80p 20% tax = £967.98
• Did you get it back after a letter or did you go to the Financial Ombudsman: Sent the questionnaire to the Customer Relations department in May 2011. Received a holding response, advising it would take 16 wks rather than 8 wks to resolve. Complaint upheld.
• And then write your brief reclaim tale: This is the fourth and final PPI success! I'm posting on behalf of my OH, who would not have had the confidence to go ahead, without the fantastic advice and support offered on this site and forum. This completely wipes out this debt. Since May, when the four questionnaires went out, he has received £4614.88. This has reduced his DMP by a considerable amount! Thank you all - you know who you are! Next stop, credit card charges!!!

• And then write your brief reclaim tale, i didnt think i would even get a response, letter arrived this morning, stating chq would be sent in 7-10 days, thanks to this forum i would never have sent complaint, THANK YOU...ps only sent the email last thursday:j

I assume on reciept of your cheques you will buy a few trees to offset your carbon emissions.:rotfl:
