It would have been Tuesday's post today and unless letters and cheques that were sent out yesterday first class we might not get anything until Wednesday!!! Unless they were sent out Saturday 2nd class!!!

I have had an e-mail back from Nat West - (sent it to Stephen Hester last night) the query team whatever they call themselves, so hopefully might get a bit further now with my Nat West card that seems to have come to a standstill after a very promising start!!!

Also I think I have had a break through finally with the AA. I have had such a lot of trouble finding where and who the actual AA loan was with (I first wrote to Co-op and a very very helpful lady explained that it would have been with HBOS and she actually sent all my stuff off to them, but, to cut a long story short, I didnt really hear anything back I had to write again before telephoning them yesterday) but I finally got to speak to someone who rang me back and told me they had found my account and I could make a complaint over the phone but unfortunately it would be registered yesterday and not in April when I first started this. What my plan is now is to wait until they write to me then e-mail the chef exec (thanks Di for the e-mail address) and explain what a messing around I have had since April and hopefully they may backdate my complaint until then!!!

I had 2 more emails for for 2 claims with MBNA saying they will be in touch by the 17th August, not bad considering i only sent contact through their website just over a week ago.
