Hi Di/Amersall,

Got an acknowledgement from Santander - Their central complaints department! would this be for Cahoot, Abbey & MBNA, Just a standard letter with no account number(s). I sent separate forms for each, but can I take this to mean all accounts are now under Santander!

Hi all just wondering if someone could help me please?? Just received an offer from HFC Bank of £4702.20 for mis-selling of ppi and have sent my acceptance offer back by recorded delivery which has been received by the coventry branch. Does anybody know approximately how long it will take to receive the money in my bank??. Many thanks for your help!!!! :money:

Is there a contact number?

When my son received his letter from Santander, I'm sure it was with a red logo, but that was over a year ago.
Is there any sort of address on the letter at all maybe?

Every company differs on when the timescales, but give them at least 2 weeks if you hear nothing contact them to ask, some are 21 days after they receive your signed acceptance forms.

Had egg card I discovered I was paying PPI so sent them an email (simply because I couldn't print out Martins email) & they emailed me back to say they would look into it. 5 days later I just received a letter to say they credited my account £1049.99. they back dated PPI for 6 years and paid at 8% interest, Thanks Martin, because of you I have been able to claim back a total of £4500 due to the big bad banks.
