whats going on with Santander ?i was given an offer letter last monday which i sent back the next day to be told on monday that they hadnt recieved it:mad:i ring back this morning and lo and behold the systems are down very convenient id say now ive to wait another 24 hours for somebody to ring me back no wonder all these banks have a bad reputation their customer servive is disgraceful to say the least and all for a small amount i give up:eek:

hi there i noticed on a letter i got regarding my offer i noticed that it says the interest payment has been paid gross and is potentially taxable therefore you may need to inform the inland revenue anybody know what thats all about please

On the interest side of your refund, you will be held responable for paying tax, but whether you decide to declare it is up to you hehe
