This doesn't seem right though. Thanks.
Hi there
Well done on your success!
With yours being dealt with through a claims handler, I assume you mean a claims company? am I correct?
If so I am not sure how long you have to wait for the payout, but normally if say dealing with the complaint yourself, once you signed the acceptance, it can be anything from as little as 2 weeks to 45 days. That is an example. Good luck, and hope your not waiting too long.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Last year using the template downloaded from here I managed to reclaim nearly £5000 from Northern Rock, so I decided to use the template again to take on Natwest. Result! I have just been informed that I was successful and I'm now waiting for £3100 to drop into my account any day now. It also reduced my repayments by nearly £80 a month!
So thank you for all the information and stories I have read here. It only took one letter and a first class stamp, so my advice would be to go for it, nothing ventured, nothing gained.0 -

Wow thats fantastc news. I am just starting to get mine back. I dont no how, when or if I will be successful but I hope it only has to go as far as yours did. That is really good, only mine was with Lloyds and I no they dont like giving money out :rotfl:. I had 3 loans with them and the first two I didnt no I had PPI but I did on the last 1. They told me I'd be covered for 12 months on redundancy but I cud'nt use it as they said I had to be on Job Seekers not Income Support so it was no good to me anyway. I really hope I dont have to take it any further. I just hope it takes a simple letter. congratulations:T:T:beer:
