Hi all,
A nice big fat offer of £6335.09 from Welcome finance arrived a few days ago, so hang in there anyone who is still waiting, took around 8 weeks to claim.

Succees!!! Received cheque quicker than expected, can finally put it all behind me now. It does pay never to give up and never believe them when they say they are not at fault

Hope you get some news this week, good luck.;)

Some are taking longer than 8 weeks due to high volumes, it may be worth you giving them a ring ask for an update.

regarding post by pau1rs:-

If my case is anything to go by they will not contact you.They will just send you a cheque for amount settled between them and FOS, unless you contact tesco and ask them progress.

i sent my first letter off to lloyds tsb over a year ago got letter yesterday they are paying me back £4144.34 cant believe it.never thought i would get it back.
