good news tesco payed up at last with fos involvement £5000 I can feel a good xmas coming on.

Hi can anyone help? got a claim with y bank they have 2 weeks left and then today had 3 missed calls 2 at home and 1 on mobile, no messages left. Has any one else had this?

Hopefully others who have had dealings with these will post up soon.
Hope its some good news, but remember if they try to offer something your not happy with on the phone, you do not have to accept and ask them to put into writing as well, good luck.;)
