hi there just heard that they gonna uphold my account... the ppi was for 4050 at intrest rate of 9.2% can anyone work out how much i will get... all premiums have been paid up thanks

    Hi

    Well done to you.

This can vary and it also depends on how they worded the calculation as well, normally if they uphold in your favour and not an offer then you should also be awarded the 8% interest like a court would award for being deprived of your money.

Did they state if they are calculating the same as the FOS?
If so check the link below posted by Maxdp to give you an idea....

You should receive all you have paid, interest and you may also receive the extra 8% as stated.

You could post up more details and I'm sure someone will be able to take a look at them for you.;)

You will need to post loan term, ppi amount, monthly payment just for ppi, loan start date and loan end date.I am sure someone will come along and look at the figures for you, i can do the 8% on the calculator on this site so you know what the 8% is but i will need the loan start and end date and the ppi only monthly amount, you will get the ppi amount total you paid then all you need is the interest, i am not sure how this is worked out , but someone i am sure will come along and help you with this. And well done on your win :T

I've been lurking around these parts for a while, but I thought I'd register to post that after very nearly giving up when fobbed off after I first complained about my PPI (over a year ago) I finally got Lloyds TSB to accept they were wrong and cough up the £1200+interest on my £5000 graduate loan.

Many thanks to Martin Lewis and everyone involved in Money Saving Expert, as I would not have done this otherwise.
