Been helping some people at work after I got circa 4k back from various sources.

Had another great success with a colleague who has just been awarded £5, ooo, all from Lloyds TSB.

Result as he is just moving house & clearly shouldn't have been paying these premiums. Accumulated over a number of loans over the last 5 years.

If in doubt.....DO IT. It only took two letters.

Absolutely fab, great work :T Well done and Congratulations!

I have just received another £104 from Lloyds TSB Platinum Card after complaining about their misselling of PPI.

  • We were sold MPPI for sickness, redundancy and accident by a financial adviser to go with our Northern Rock mortgage about 6 years ago. Problem with that was we thought it was life cover! We had been happily paying for something we didn't want or need. We only found it out when we got a financial check from another adviser and said we needed to make sure we had life cover (to which we said we did, but yes we were mistaken).

To cut a long story short, one downloaded template sent to Northern Rock later and 2 weeks on we have a cheque for all the installments we paid plus 8% interest (and we didn't even ask for interest)!!!!

So for anyone that thinks its too hard or not worth it, it took half an hour to do the letter and another half an hour to take it to the post office to send recorded delivery - well worth it for nearly £2,000 for an hours work!!!

Don't procrastinate folks - go for it!!!
