or address is PPI Complaints team, PO BOX 5129 Milton Keynes MK9 2YN. I sent an email and got a response with an offer, these were fined for mis selling

You can also request a copy of a credit agreement for £1, or just email with dates etc and see where u go from there x

Hi there, just for quickness, have you a bank statement for the account this was paid from? as this will show the account number, i did a claim with a&l for a friend of mine and sent it to a&l i recieved a reply from santander, they were very quick and paid back ppi with interest, good luck with this x (i also claimed 2 loans ppi with barclays, just with the settlement figures! this was from 8 years ago)

Di. So sorry to hear about your father.

Think I have a successful claim on one of my cards, although the wording is a bit ambiguous....they don't give an amount just state "the refund will consist of the premium paid plus where appropriate any interest incurred and simple interest where applicable". I'm a little confused if they are including any PPI they took off me prior to the records I have kept (early 2001), or just the photocopied records I sent them from '01 to '05...
Also a bit confused if they will be paying interest on the interest. Either way I have to sign the acceptance slip yet, and I am not sure yet if they have agreed with my claim for the major one. Considering I never asked for it, nor would I have been able to claim for it I can't see them not responding in my favour.

All so confusing...just can't wait to see the money in my account!
