Travelex Supercard

Is this a charge from the Supercard. Surely the difference between the MC & Visa rate isn't 1.8%?
Yes, there is a big difference. It's why I advised the Kalixa Pay Mastercard for your USA trip.
 10th of June:
 US$
 VISA rate: US$1.5261
 Mastercard rate: US$1.5549
It appears that you got carried away with all of the hyperbole.
Pull the max out of at ATM each time(£300/US$465 per day) using the Kalixa Pay and inclusive of the £2.25 fee for using an ATM, you end up with a rate of US$1.5424608 for cash and the US$1.5549 rate for purchases.
Both far better than the Visa rate.0

I see. I guess I did get carried away, though to be fair many others did. This was described as 'revolutionary' somewhere. I can't believe the difference between the MC/Visa rates actually...0

Yes, the Supercard is really only any good as a backup card, secondary to any Mastercard fee free cards you might have.
