I supposed when you use this card, you are bound to the exchange rate at the point of spending.

If you ukash prepaid card, you can buy euros at the best exchange rate but by using supercard you will be charge at the time when you use the card. You might be in the situation where the exchange rate is not on your side.

Charging a prepaid card to get the best exchange rate is a gamble. You are also giving the card company an even longer free loan.

Can't get past the initial email bit. Keep getting Error checking email.

Very poor show so far and doesn't instil you with confidence.

Finally got in to the app - advises to follow @SupercardUK on Twitter and "We'll email you shortly with what to expect". Let's see what happens now.

I have the same issues with you. Pre-registered which seems pointless now. Tried to enter various bits of information into the app (at one point was asked the questions about what kind of traveller I am that I'd done at registration, and got to it asking for my postal address, but it crashed). Finally entered my email and phone number, and now get the screen that you get on the app. I tweeted them, but they're annoyingly vague.

Doesn't fill me with confidence at all!

Something of a joke. I get to the 'Registering' screen and then it errors. Press Submit again and it repeats.
