I think you'll find that's for the Phones4u shops, if you are buying online, you do your research first and then order without speaking to a Phones4u salesman. I have got a contract with M2YD, but have not had to claim my cashback yet. Read the threads on here to put your mind at ease.

A OSPS salesman wants you to buy from them obviously, but if you do, you won't get Quidco. I had to chase OSPS for my final cashback claim on the contract with them.

The shops are under investigation not the online operation.

They are the best cashback company I have used. Onestopphone $^ts are lucky not to be under investigation. They will do anything to wriggle out of paying a claim.

    I agree. I wouldn't trust a word anyone from E2Save utters.
  • Can I too request info re who to contact re getting a cashback from.

I got a deal 3 months ago and despite a couple of requests no form as yet. Otherwise they seem quite helpful.

    Hmm, ok thanks.

I realise you take what the salesman says with a pinch of salt but I always check out the badmouthing just to be safe.

Looks like I'm getting this one then. Gotta shell out £25 for new business cards but hey better than paying god knows how much for a contract.

    Cheers

Any system to when M2YD add in new handsets? Or is it pot luck?

And seeing as P4U and M2YD are the same company are their cashback systems the same easyness? Just P4U have the same handset at the same cashback deal as M2YD, but you get £5 more quidco!

Exactly, and if one of these did go "bust" it would more than likely be M2YD in my opinion. I often wonder if these "sister" companies are set up to suck people in and "screw" them. I would just feel that little bit safer dealing direct with Phones 4U, but that's just me. Though M2YD generally have better deals.

That is the most missleading rant I have read for a while.

Why would m2yd go bust and p4u survive ? m2yd is in effect a trading name of p4u so the only way they will go bust is if p4u do.

They use the same forms for the cashback and you send them to the same processing company in Bristol.

Pick the one that gives you a better deal. for example a few weeks ago m2yd had the G600 @ 12 months free. The best deal on the same phone at p4u was 11 months free.
