I have got 1 contract finishing in June and another in August so will have to wait a few more weeks. If in the mean time they offer a decent handset for 12 months free then I will go for it.0 -
The problem with purchasing a Vodafone deal with Mobiles2yourdoor is that you can't port your number. So unless someone knows a way around the problem I'll have to stick with e2save for most of my deals. MCOL here we come...
Sorry, can you clarify on porting issue, surely once you have the phone you can port a number from another network to Vodaphone. Vodaphone usually allow you to this or is there something in their cashback T&Cs against this?0 -
I got my cheque for my second claim today fine for £96 and my third claim form (even though it says 2 of 4!), sent it off on 11th April so not bad going me thinks!2p off is still 2p off!0

Have a look at:

I believe that with porting to o2 and Vodafone the porting has to occur at point of sale and this costs the 3rd party companies like mobile2yourdoor so they don't always provide this facility. I don't believe its possible to port number after the sale has taken place.
e2save do provide this facility for their o2 deals and you have to provide the PAC number during the order process.
I'm sure others can confirm this or correct me if I'm mistaken though I have seen this discussed on other threads.0 -
Well the offers go from their site only to then reappear.
On Porting to Vodafone, it all still seems a bit vague. Yes M2YD say it's not available through them, but is it even possible through Vodafone, at all?
You've got your 30 days from obtaining the PAC code I suppose, but there's a lot of variables. Ahh well as Mobilejunkie says, if you don't like the odds, don't play the game...0 -
I ordered my phone on 1/3 and have received my Quidco cashback £45 on 30/4, so far so good, let's hope the cashback claims go through as smoothly.0

I’m wondering if anyone has any advice on how to proceed with a cashback problem with M2YD. The deadline for my first cashback was April 12. The automated cashback claim form which is supposedly sent out ahead of the claim date didn’t arrive, so I called to get it re-sent. Again, nothing. On the third time it was sent, arriving on April 7. I sent the claim back on the same day via recorded delivery. I have electronic proof of delivery saying it was delivered on April 11 and signed for. I assumed this was on time and before the April 12 deadline.
To be honest I’d forgotten about it, but remembered today that I’d received nothing in the post. After a lengthy phone call with a member of the customer support team at M2YD it seems they didn’t receive my forms and that there’s nothing they can do about it. The guy I spoke to re-opened my next claims (which I understand are voided once you miss a claim) which I’m grateful for, but it seems I’ve been penalised through no fault of my own. The customer support guy said that’s it as far as my complaint can go, as they are the complaints department and that there’s no way to find out what happened to my claim form.
As far as I’m concerned they failed to send me the form twice, and then failed to acknowledge receipt of the completed form a day ahead of the deadline. The loss of the first cashback cheque isn’t a disaster, but I had budgeted receiving it all back prior to taking out the contract. Any help would be much appreciated.

You have proof of delivery, so take the LBA and MCOL route.0

I sent my first claim forms off a couple of days ago, they have been delivered and I'm going to ring them next week to check everything is ok with the claim0
