    Well done with the exercise beanilou any exercise is good regardless of what it is and its always a fantastic feeling after you've made yourself go and do some (the hardest part!)

    ... great spot by serendis, but I would advise to proceed with absolute caution as it may be woefully out of date syn-wise. The corned beef recipes hint at being free on a red day, and this hasn't been the case for sometime. Therefore, this is a great recipe ideas database but please everyone, do syn up the ingredients yourself prior to making anything.

    Nevertheless, great information as an ideas pot. :T



    (EDIT)... just seen that it was posted in October 2000. The syn values will be out of date. Proceed, but with due care. :)

  • Morning all (just!!). Only a quick message from me to let you know I had my first Rosemary Conley weigh in last night and I've lost 2.5 lbs. Quite pleased with that as was a bit lax over the bank holiday weekend but will be bang on it from now on in!!
