Ajax, you can and you will, just remember that along the way there will be some highs and some lows, just embrace them let it happen and start again.
Happy Birthday for a week or two, thought you might have been more specific than that so your ladies can get your cards ready.
Cheers mate!!!

Ha! I was going to tell you how to make spiced sweet potato wedges by cutting them into wedges par boiling slightly, drying them, spraying them with Fry Light and sprinkling black pepper or cajun spice over them, then baking them in a hot oven, but I shan't now, so there

Don't then, I'll scour the internet to find out if there are any instructions posted up by someone. Now only if I could think of somewhere to start looking
For any SW folk who haven't tried (there may be some) this is a brilliant way to do chips/wedges. Never tried it with sweet potato (thanks petrichor) but spicy wedges done like this are a godsend on SW greens0 -

Hi everyone, Welcome back Suggs - we missed you!
Well done everyone who's lost this week.
Sound's like you're all in great form today! (as per usual).
Sorry but I'm feeling a bit off this evening and need some cheering up. I've just realised that I went over my points last night and I'm a bit. :mad:about it. I know that 1 or 2 points in one day won't make a huge difference, but I was also TERRIBLE on Monday night too, I've got a day at my brother's this saturday where I can control what I drink, but not what I'm eating (cos I don't know what he's making) and a kiddies birthday party on Friday (rice crispie buns are my favourite).
It's only just hit me that Saturday is the beginning of September and then we're on the long downhill trend (wedding anniversary, my birthday, DS's birthday and the banned word!) I'm swinging between desperation and impatience to get this weight off and I can't help but think I'm wishing my life away for that elusive month some time in the future where I'll be the lightest I've been in 10 years and I just need a shove out of the dumps (Petrichor - there's a challenge for you!).
I think I'll take a run across to Maplin's and see what kind of pedometers they have there. The 10k steps challenge is really starting to appeal to me.
See you all later!Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0
