My friend wanted me to demand a sticker but I didn't want to be a bother...besides...I got scared they'd say NO!
It used to be the same when I went to the dentist as a child they'd walk you past the sticker cupboard but never give you one....They had hong kong fooey ones and batfink ones and everything...
Not so bothered bout the SW ones now that I have decided to be adult about it and get my own better ones (3-d stickers for the stone milestones wooooo!)0 -

thanks for the thanks petrichor but irunning is not my thing. I'm intrigued by all this talk of pedometers though - may haveto invest in one - that 2.97 one at argos looks okay, thanks serendisglair but does anyone have a particular recommendation for one?
nice to see you back tiredycustard, you sound you're making progress - at least 8 slices of home made pizza would be better than 8 slices of takeaway pizza. Try drinking a big glass of water before your meal too - that helps me.

Sorry to bore you but.....
I have mini-targets in view:
1. 1lb to get to 4 stone lost.
2. 5lb to get to 60lb lost.
3. 10lb to get to the lightest I've been in 20 years
4. 14lb to get under 200 lbs.
5. 15lb to get to a "numbers only" 5 stone+ lost *
6. 17lb to get to a REAL 5 stone+ lost *
*weighed in clothed but shoeless for initial weigh-in (19st 2.5 lb), now weigh nekkid so add the odd 2.5lb back on to compensate. Fairy nuff innit, y'all reckon?
Can and will, ajax.... can and will!!!! Only excuse is my birthday in a week or two (beanie, sometimes life does get in the way), then a clear run to December. I wish I was at home now so I could put my motivational song on now, but am stuck here at work0 -

Ajax, you can and you will, just remember that along the way there will be some highs and some lows, just embrace them let it happen and start again.
Happy Birthday for a week or two, thought you might have been more specific than that so your ladies can get your cards ready.Proud Member of the Lose Weight Thread on I Wanna..................

.....don't mind at all, but I'm fairly sure you won't know it. To (hopefully) avoid sounding pretentious I won't type the title as it's all the song is in Dutch, but if you know of Ramses Shaffy (the singer) then you'll know it.0
