[Whispers] I hold hands with my OH while I clean my teeth

Aaaaaahhhhhhh! (or do I mean AARRRGGGHHH!  ??) My wedding anniversary at the weekend will be the 34th, so I don't hold hands with my OH while I'm doing anything.

Actually I think that's really sweet, and posh as you must have two basins in your bathroom.

Hey everyone, if you haven't tried Martin's new Demotivator tool then ........(It also tells you how much you need to work to pay for it, if you need extra incentive!)

.... tried to use it bails but couldn't think of anything that I regularly spend frivolously on. Got stuck at the first hurdle lol. The closest thing was wine, and to be honest if I had to live life without wine then... well, that's no life. :p

Had a great MS day overall though - latest stooze of £5700 came through and went straight into reducing the balance on my BTL. 2% over 8 months BT fee compared to 6.74% over the same time is a bit of a no-brainer. Got it in with the mortgage company in time for September reduction. Also ordered 12 x 1.5 litres of wine with 1000 clubcard points thrown in. The equivalent of 18 standard bottles of wine for £62 inc delivery and £40 off next years holiday, which will be totally paid for by Mr T and clubcard.

    I love MSE :D

00020143.gif Ajax and Petrichor for your support. I'm feeling much more postive today.... I just kind of hit one of those walls where you think that you're NEVER EVER going to lose weight, but taking the night off helped. I wandered around a few shops in one of our local retail parks and picked myself up a £3 pedometer from Argos... already managed over 5200 steps today and I'm only just back from work! (and didn't even walk to work). I'm going to take the fluffy ginger pigdog out for a walk when DS goes to bed to try and bring my total up a bit (and earn a few bonus points for this weekend).

bails I'm sorry (except I'm not cos I live here too) to tell you that honey is from Northern Ireland and not Scotland. Of course if you lived in the Republic, you'd get most of the month of June off too!

Well done Serendisglair on getting your next sticker (and of course losing that 0.5lb)... what a great way to motivate yourself
Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.
Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.

About those points - I want one of those clauses in the contract like wot the footballers have, that if anyone ever gets more points than me, I get automatically upgraded to the same amount.

Now come on Ajax, I've already awarded you all the points in the world. Are you now asking for all the points in the known and unknown universe?

 If I remember correctly you're a sort of rocket scientist, so if you can get to the outer reaches of the solar system you can have all the points you can carry.

Serendisglair I'm going to copy your idea about giving myself stickers for every 7lbs. In fact I might even get them awaarded publicly in assembly. Well done you! :T

Hehehe I knew you meant a dog but they ARE human you know.... they do know what you call them and they have feelings. Your dog is one of the cutest of all cuties I've ever seen by the way - totally adorable.

We had our spaniel 4 months ago courtesy of MSE and me following a link in someone's sig to The Oldies Club :)
