Morning all
Hit Boots this morning and for the sake of the chart I have lost 1lb. In reality it is a maintian since just before the HolidayMore than happy with that as I have lost the holiday excess
Weight wise since coming back from Holiday at 4.30am Friday morning, MrsSuggs went on the scales and had gained 2lb, so I stepped everso gingerly on the scales and I had gained 10lb  I knew I would gain as I tend to retain fuild whenever in a hot country, some of you may remember the trials of Dubai last summer!! Anyway I knew it was coming, so went to bed, and 5 hours later and three trips to the loo later the gain was now 6lbMrsSuggs suggested the effects of a pressurised airplane cabin
I think she was trying to be nice though. Anyway Friday was an odd day, kids slept for ages, we went to get some shopping and a coffee. Saturday morning the gain was down to 4lb. Sunday was back in the gym after playing 20mins of rugby, Monday the gain was down to 3lb and today it was all gone
One thing to note, I did not drink any beer (vodka and diet coke instead) whatsoever, so I guess this helped in losing the fluids so quickly, I dont know.
However I am back at target having lost 145lb, 65.77kg or 10stone 5lb, the aim is to maintian for the dietictian next Tuesday.
Not going to the gym today as I have a slight calf strain, feels more like a 'knot' I did train with it yesterday, as it doesnt hurt to train, only to get up and start walking on it. Besides I guess I should reduce the sessions I do know. (My big worry now is to maintain this weightloss)
Welldone to all you losers this week, Ajax you should be ashamed, people would chop off their own arm to lose 5lb and you moan about it?? If I had a wet fish I would slap you with it! :rotfl:I note there is a possible new member of the '3 figure' club? Was it Starlight at 95lb lost? You going to come and join me?
Honey, well done on the jogging, I did 20mins on Sunday, but it, like yours, was broken up into intervals of some jogging, some walking. I did mine in the gym so even bigger kudos to yourself

Suggs, I'm not sure how often you head to the gym but rest days are v important too - gives your body a real chance to recover and therefore work more effectively. Do you do any resistance training while you're there? That's another great way to lose (or in your case now you fab person:T) maintain weight.
Oh, and the chopping off of the arm seems like a good idea to me right now! I might even do two!The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

 Wasn't a real loss of 5lb as the previous weeks had involved adding new lard.
I knew that had gone but felt within myself as if I might have had that elusive 3lb real loss. I'd pulled out some stops to try to get to it like only having 25 WW points per day instead of my 29. Maybe there's a clue in my sig as to why I found it disappointing. Never mind, can't win em all. By this time next month I'm hoping my weight will be fourteen-stone-something, and it's been some time since I could say that. Nineteen stone two and a half sounds so scary now.0 -

Hmm, I've just put on my jeans to go meet a friend for a birthday lunch - they seem to fit better than before I went on holiday!! (By this I mean less stomach overhang, lol - what a lovely thought!:rotfl:) Now there's obviously some discrepancy as I PUT ON weight but don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining
