Hi
Can i please join
I am following the ww diet but i'm doing it myself at home:money:
It's day 2 so far and i have 4 stone to lose.
Hi holly, and welcome. Try not to think of the whole amount you want to lose, if you set yourself small targets it feels much more achievable, and hitting the targets will give you motivation to carry on to the next one.
We do a monthly challenge to lose 5lbs, and we've got a week left of the current one - why not join us for the September challenge? You don't have to limit yourself to only losing 5lbs by the way, we frequently have people who exceed it!
Note to everyone - I've just made an executive decision that the September challenge will last five weeks, so it starts from Wednesday 29th August and ends on Wednesday 3rd October.

[...katyk I think you deserve a medal for coping how you did this lunchtime :T it must be so hard, personally I think I'd have snaffled the lot down and starved for the rest of the day - NO! THAT IS NOT A SUGGESTION  - free food and all that, crumbs! - Keep it up, it'll be worth it ...
Thanks Petrichor
Yes there can be a downside to free food. One habit that needs to be broken and kept broken is having hot buttered toast at 10am because the lady I work with is having some.... She is 20 weeks pregnant and does not seem to eat berakfast before leaving the house so she has toast midmorning ..and guess who tends to join her just to be sociable?! (Despite having had a substantial munch at about 7.30!) At this rate I will be larger than her when she goes on maternity leave!
On the plus side the hotel does have a gym with a small pool and, as staff, I get membership for £5 per month. Now all I have to do is find time to go.
BTW, todays steps now up to 9532 so may go for short walk later just to get myself over the 10000. Would only take a couple of times round the block.0 -
I will thanks Lois.
Its fab~ third vist now.

Hi all - just to let you know I've got the funeral tomorrow afternoon, and I'm not sure what time I'll be back, so the chart may be a little bit late.
