Feisty, that's gutting. Do do try to hang in there and stick at it. This isn't meant to be annoying as I do believe you when you say you have stuck to it, but I wonder if you have tried keeping a food diary, just so you can double check to are sticking to it 100%? I only say that coz I want this to work for you so much. I'm sorry I can't remember what plan you are on, but stupid question - are you eating enough?

Stay positve and stay with us :T

  • Keep at it feisty! you'll get there...I know it can be disheartening when you aren't rewarded for all your efforts but you will get there in the end.

Compare your food diary to a few good weeks if you have the data and then maybe you can pinpoint a reason...(25 eggs!!!....you should keep some chickens!! :D) Maybe if you are doing mainly green days the carbs are making you a bit more bloated? maybe a mixture of red and green would suit you better?

Either way...keep being good and you will see the benefits....a 1lb gain is not the end of the world (not according to my girl logic anyway).

25 eggs in a week:eek:  I don't think I eat that many in half a year:D at least with only 1lb weight gain you can do something about it and with the extra effort you are going to put in this week you will get a doubly fantastic weight loss next week, bonus;)

25 eggs!!! my goodness thats a lot of eggies in one week but i can see how its done :-). Dont worry about the 1lb gain there can be many different explanations for an unexpected gain you just have to turn it into a challenge for next week.
Did you do anything different exercise wise ?
Good luck and DONT YOU GO GIVING UP
:D The glass is always half full, no exceptions !!:D
  • Tiredeycustard: if I remember correctly, you have four young children,a job and two businesses to run and are about to move house. Hhmmmm, wonder why you are so tired??? Anything you can cut back on in your very busy life?
...hmmm if only ... I heep wondering if I might be able to 'streamline' a bit, but cant see where. It would probably be easier if
a/ DH or I had family nearby to help out now and then (but no one locally so - not an option)
b/ I wasnt nursing my dd ... the night feeds esp

So - feel like this :wall:most of the time.
(it’s too late to hand the kids back of course…:D )

My 4yr old started school full time today ... so am rhinking maybe a bit more breathing space (but 'space' quickly consumed by glut or large brown packing boxes ... arghhhh:eek: :rotfl: )

Thanks for your kind words and support BB

  • Feisty I was just looking at your post ... you mentioned you kept a diary for food - how about drink? Did you drink more/less?

Alot of people report how drinking lots of water can help weight loss .... I am not sure exactly how this would work, in physiological terms ....just a thought though.

I'm sorry you are dissapointed with your result this week - chin up, and heres:beer: to a good loss for next week.

    Take care, xTC

    1 pot of quark
    1 vanilla muller
    1 options mint chocolate sachet
    1 tbsp sweetner

I've found this recipie to mousse making on another website sounds similar to your one ajax...not entirely sure what quark is though....

... yep, similar indeed. Might have even been Quark in the one I did too. Good find serendis. Now tell me - do you do ANY work at all, or do they pay you to sit there finding SW recipes? :)
:rotfl: :rotfl: Ajax ... what are you like ...dont even get me started on those:rotfl: :rotfl:

... anyone else thinking this story really needs to be told? :)

:rotfl:Feisty 25 eggs!!! Sounds such a lot but it's easy to do with omelettes, scrambled egg etc I bet. If you haven't had a blood test recently, it might be an idea as high cholesterol and eggs aren't a good mix. My BP is through the roof but at least the cholesterol is low..... would be lost without chuckie eggs.
