granny is right casper however hard it is to think of 1lb loss a week it all adds up, week by week, month by month to take the weight off and if you had not been aware of your weight you could have let it go and it would have increased, it is decreasing and that is a positive thing

Don't even get disappointed with half a pound a week as that would be nearly 2 stone (26 pounds) in a year!

Oh to be over 100 pounds weight loss! I am up to 37 lost put loads more where they came from LOL

I have just been on friends reunited as someone from my school sent me a contact email address, in a reminising mood now, how about we all meet up say at xmas time (give people plenty of planning,child care, etc time) what do you all think, we could go to a harvester or a healthy eating friendly restaurant and have a laugh?:j
