Well if your going to rugby tackle her, can I give her a good clean rucking afterwards ;) Delly now remember if your knees touch the ground in the tackle, you are deemed to have been ground and you must release the ball, Ajax as the tackler you must make an attempt to roll away lol lol

Thats if no-one else fancies it? :rotfl::rotfl:

Oh beanilou - go and weigh 1/2 a lb of apples. Then go and find something which weighs 26.5 lbs and you will see what you have achieved so far. I know it's hard if you are hoping for more, but you are still losing every week and you are doing great. Roll on next week and a better weigh in...

I'm not really sure that I like the way this conversation is going. I understand the rugby tackle... but the rucking has got me kind of worried.nerv0005.gif but thanks (I think) for the support!??

    OI - I'm not gone yet! ;)

    Well done - you've achieved your target for [strike]August [/strike]September. :D
.. that's mini-target 1 gone, and gone for good. For ever!!! Mini target 2 has also gone but may come back as it's two very naughty days in the next eight due to my birthday. If it does come back, it will just get knocked down again, as will mini targets 3,4,5 and 6 !!! Bring 'em on!

    Hi all :hello:

Well I'm not looking forward to weighing in tomorrow, although I've been angelic for 2 days, I think the weekend will have done its worst. I'm not really sure why I put myself down for the monthly challenge, with a wedding, christening, birthday and a holiday this month I've got no chance! I'm hoping that having set a target it will at least focus my mind to avoid a gain.

Sorry for confusing you all - I'm not going on holiday until Sunday, so I'll do the chart this week and then email it to Delly to update for the following week.
Well done to all those who've lost weight this week :T

seren your reply is very true, maintaining is very hard and time consuming but you have to learn from past mistakes to make the maintaining work...

ajax your post to suggs is brilliant but if I were to say one thing is that you yourself have to be your own best friend, your own hero, your own number one fan, you manage all that and you will be successfull 100%:D

Change it to a positive spin- you didn't JUST loose 1/2 lb you lost 1/2 pound and next week, the week after more, all the previous weeks I have lost loads of weight, I feel healthier, slimmer, happier, I am positive I have learnt how to loose weight, what to eat and what not to eat, I have learnt about portion sizes, foods, cooking and my weight because of me and what I am doing is going down, not up;)
