Thanks ajax :D my H cooked me a breakfast, grilled mind, 2 eggs,2 toms, 2 WW brown bread and 2 turkey rashers, the smell was too much and for once in my life I turned it down and opted for the tried and trusted porridge;)

I am a greedy pig (hence the weight) but now I have lost it all do not want to just pile it back on birthday or no birthday, so am really chuffed with myself this morning:T :T

H has said no to KFC this evening (greasy rubbish he calls it but I like greasy rubbish:rotfl: :rotfl: ) and so is taking me out for dinner to a restaurant that serves healthy choices on the menu, crumbs I have learnt a lot since Jan 4th when the weight loss began:D :j :j

... aww victory but that was such a nice gesture, and also such a healthy brekkie too. Much more healthy than blimming KFC, but a girl does deserve a treat on her birthday.

A nice dress to KFC. Classy :rotfl:
  • 000200D6.gif Good Morning All.
Hope you are all doing really well with your weight loss. For those who are struggling, don't give in you can do it!! ;)
Well, I have done my weekly weigh and am pleased to announce a loss of 3lbs. I am really chuffed - mind you I had to work bl**dy hard for it!! I was on the treadmill every day!!

Am going to try a different approach this week and have a week of following different exercise dvds, although I doubt very much I will manage one every day!!!
Well good luck everyone and well done so far. If you don't hear from me next Monday you will know I didn't survive the dvds!! :D
    Bye for now.
    Sarah xx
I can only please one person per day.
    Today is not your day.
Tomorrow doesn't look too good either.

yes ajax it was a nice gesture but I LIVE in fear of weight gain so he can eat it and I can have the porridge and save the points for later when the dinner is even healthy then rather than KFC,feel a little like a kid that has been told she cannot have something, KFC seems more and more attractive as the day goes by because it is not allowed:T

.... hehehehe, so ok, KFC is off the menu. Forget about that. Think healthy choices and dream about that all day - what are you gonna have at this 'ere restaurant?

Well done aussie, that's a great loss. A word of advice with the DVDs... get a couple of them out of the box, and then consider whether to carry on and put them into the machine. One step at a time, you don't wanna overdo it too early :)

Happy Birthday Victory, I did remember see, I even had it in my phone, since you told eariler in the year :D

Long Weekend for me, I played rugby Saturday we won and I survived, will have to work on my scrumming though, (any offers??) I dont have the old weight to help me. Went for a walk yesterday with MrsSuggs, for those that know MK, we walked around the shopping centre, through Campbell Park, onto Willen Lake, Watched the Jetskis, once around the South Lake and then back up through Campbell Park and to the car, in all around 2 1/2 hours :) As once around the South Lake is 1 3/4 miles She thinks we could have done 5 miles in total?

Eating wise seems came off the wagon at rugby purely for the baguettes, but otherwise all ok. I stayed on the diet coke throughout.

Now back to watch Ajax and Delly slug in out in the tomato ding dong!! My moneys on Delly, (seeing as she is doing the chart!) ;)
