 Please tiredycustard, at what point do you freeze the little bags full? (sounds like baa baa black sheep!) Without the liquid, or after the rising or what?

I make up the dough (mix flour/water/yeast/seasoning - then knead - leave to rise for 2 hrs - knead again) When the dough is ready to use; at that point I divide the dough into portions in little sandwich bags and freeze them. I just twist the top of the bag (rather than tightly tying or sealing as the dough can expand again when you get it out to defrost - and split the bag!)

If I am planning a pizza meal in the evening - I just take the bag of dough out of the freezer in the morning and it's just about thawed by dinner. Just turn the dough out of the bag and roll out with a little plain flour.

If you forget - it is possible to defrost in the microwave (carefully! - overdo it and the douigh isn't useable)

.. muller lites are still free but almost a swear word to veggies. Why oh why use gelatine in them?

I've had tesco healthy living ones in the past as I beleive they are vegetarian. They appear to be pretty much the same as the mullerlights ....I think....worth a look for any veggies out there :)

..... Tesco ones are free and veggie friendly but recently have taken a huge dip in quality and become very watery compared to what they were a year ago. A better choice is the Morrisons yogurts of the same 'type'. Also free (and the best yogurts Ive found) are Aldi ones with the little bit of grain in. They come in three flavours as I remember, strawberry, orange and blueberry. !!Snob alert!!.. I used to send MrsA because of the 'shame' of going to Aldi :rotfl:

And jo was reeled in in seconds... hook, line and sinker :)

So sorry for using an almost swear word and inadvertantly causing offence to veggies. Have gone to sit on naughty step and hang head in shame.
    :o:o:o

Then I'll have a frozen M**** Light. (Can't be doing with Lite)

BB over here we call them "caramel squares".... I love them but haven't had any (caramel squares ajax) in so long I nearly forget what they taste like.

Ajax I'll hold you to the promise of a virtual hug if I'm driving tonight. I find if I don't drink, I can control my food cravings much easier, whereas if I have any alcohol at all, I'll just think f-it let's blow the budget, besides, I can't disappoint my OH now and tell him he has to drive. It wouldn't be fair.

I'm having an ok day today. I've been keeping myself busy with long overdue housework (cleaning off DS's high chair to put away being one task). I've just completed mount washing and created mount ironing (to be tackled tomorrow).

Since we were on the non LW subject of stoozing, can I ask has anyone on here tried winning stuff on the comps boards? Thought I might give it a go but it seems to be quite time consuming, is it worthwhile keeping it up?

Trying to keep up with the posts on this thread is getting to be really tough - Well done losers & maintainers . I'll catch up with you birthday people later.

    Have a great day everyone.

:rotfl: :rotfl: poor delly stranded at base camp. I get a bit like that as well with alcohol - it's only cos you get drunk that you want the food. I swear the curry companies pay the breweries to put a "need a jalfrezi" chemical in there.

Hey Welcome Back BB (and Jo, nice to 'meet' you)!
Glad you are feeling a little better BB - my meds make me feel sick as a dog unless I eat (!!), esp my jabs.

Mm mm, millionaire's slice - drooling at the thought!

Well I am hoping for a loss on Monday but it will be interesting to see! I walked around more than I normally do (which could lead to me being laid up in bed tomorrow ) but then I have counter balanced this with hot choc from Costa Coffee (can't drink coffee as it increases my pain and I didn't fancy tea!), a cheese and onion slice! AND a mini Pot au Chocolate!

Why oh why am I on a chocolate binge! I don't even like chocolate that much!
Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup :D
