As for the hypnosis, I did this too :o Apparently I am fat because I don't think I deserve to be slim...

.... well wasn't your therapist just a blimmin' ray of sunshine?

Someone else I know went to a different hypnotist and was told to imagine all sorts of food being covered in $h!t. That worked TOO well and caused all sorts of problems. So be warned.

..... :rotfl: :rotfl: I think you just hypnotised all of us. It's just too easy to imagine a yule log, and I'm never going near the chocolate fondu again. I pity the German !!!!!! stars though, who could conceivably get very fat this way....

Grannynise, I posted your stuff out. I didn't remove any of my crap (recurring theme?) so no laughing :) [strike] Couldn't be bothered to put a note in[/strike] didn't have time to write a note before getting to the post office either lol, so apologies for the impersonal nature of it when it arrives. Should be Monday, it went 1st class.

 Please tiredycustard, at what point do you freeze the little bags full? (sounds like baa baa black sheep!) Without the liquid, or after the rising or what?

Have just remembered a SW thing ( you probably already know). You can freeze muller light yogurts then slightly defrost and pretend it's icecream. Would go down well after a pizza I think. Muller lights, when I went to SW, were syn free, are they still? (hoping desperately)

.. muller lites are still free but almost a swear word to veggies. Why oh why use gelatine in them?

OOH, I just found this (missing posts again, doh!) - right, I'm off with my boxing gloves on! Should burn a few extra calories too:D (BTW, if any of you have a Wii, the boxing on there is a fab workout, and the best thing is you're not really hitting anyone of course [if you're not keen on boxing as a sport like me]. Great way for getting rid of frustration too, which I have LOAAADDDSS of! No comments Ajax!)

[Petrichor, I'm sure Ajax has told you this already but just in case - the egg card you need for stoozing is on Quidco with £35 cashback. Sorry for non-WL chat!]

.. apologies for non-WL continuing, but these bits are quite important...

.... the egg card on quidco isn't the right one. The cornerstone of Egg stoozing is the Egg Money card, not the Egg card. There is a difference.

.... a card from Egg is not a need, as some providers are more generous than Egg with credit limits, and are happy to credit straight to a bank current account. I think in particular of MBNA (£8.50 thru Quidco for their Platinum Rewards card). I always use MBNA for debt generation, it's been totally hassle-free.

These are as I understand things... apologies if anything is wrong, but I don't think it is.

.. I'll vouch for this bails, the boxing is blimming hard work. Will you be my Wii friend? :o My baseball rating just took a plummeting down from 1950 to 1650 :(

Back to WL now, honestly, apologies again. :o

Oh no, really Ajax? Boo, and apologies for not know my a*** from my elbow! Just read through the stoozing article the other day (obviously not v well!) and thought, bonus, I've just ordered an Egg card from Quidco! I hang my head in shame.

I think I have also got an MBNA card from Quidco on the way so will use that instead.

Sorry, sorry, sorry - back to weight loss now!

Yup, think you got my Hypnotherapist squared away there Ajax...

Sorry to hear about your gain Curveygirl - can you see the reasons why?

    HI all  (waves sheepishly)

Sorry I havent been on for ages but fell off the wagon completely this hol...
Kids have decided to bake lots of goodies and of course I have to taste test (and help lick the bowl out:o ).

I had my fascet joints infected a couple of weeks ago to see if it would help my back and sciatica. Was then laid up as had a major flare up which had me doing this:wall:

Am now back on my feet:D and have been brave and weighed my self. I have put on 6 lb. I know it could be a lot worse so have vowed to get back on track, kids to school:j and then back to gym to start gentle exercise routine again.

Havent had time to read any posts but will try to catch up. I'm sure there are lots of losers so well done to everyone.

Gonna listen to :footie: soon and hope my team win again:D

At least your gain came from lots of good fun and trying to do something positive about things. Am sure you'll be right back with it before you can say "same division as Walsall".

... no harm done bails, at least you have the £35 quidco. If you have to trigger that payment by using the card, pay it off in full (unless there are 0% on purchases on it, in which case use it to slow-stooze). I'd dump it when you have your £35 though, as it will adversely affect you later on.

MBNA 0% BT timeframes are slightly negotiable by the way, and to a lesser extent so are the BT fees. If you get a female retention team member then hang up until you get a male one (it's an 0800 call) and flirt like crazy ;)
