Oh how awful and sad about the poor cat. But you did a wonderful kind, human thing for him & if it had been my cat I'd have been so comforted to know what you did. I really hope you are able to track his owners as not knowing would be terrible for them, but also it may help you to know you've achieved that for them too if that makes sense. Agree with the others saying be kind to yourself and if you haven't much of an appetite just eat what appeals to you. Your body needs calories. Hugs.

True. But I've now had prawn cocktail salad, followed by faggots and mash... On the bright side, I'm feeling a little better now (: thank you xxxOh how awful and sad about the poor cat. Thank you. I'm feeling a bit better and managed to eat a bit now. Also drunk a huge amount of water.
Hmm what have I accomplished today? Not a lot. But I've done my form for tomorrow. And much to my amusement I was working out my actual monthly income right now. £666. I'm the devil!!No more making the same mistakes!

Prawn cocktail salad, faggots and mash...in other words dinner.
So you' ve had the equivalent of 3 meals and no snacks...not excessive at all. A very normal and healthy amount to eat.
Glad you're feeling a bit better.
You can get more stuff done tomorrow...sunday's a day of rest don'tcha know

Very true. And I have done incredible all week food wise, even when I've gone over in calories I've had nutritional stuff. I've caught myself before snacking on junk. Plus I had a traumatic night. I also accomplished more than my exercise goals this week.
Technically it's a new week now, so hopefully I'll do better this week. But this month is mostly monitoring so I can work out what needs to change (:
Swagbucks - I'm at 617 points. Only another 232 points left. I should manage that within the week, even if I only do the minimum. I got 47 points today though, so if I can do that every day I should hit pay out by the weekend. So that is my challenge. I want to hit pay out by Friday.
According to my bank statements I actually get £180 a fortnight from JSA because I get a disability premium. So if I pay my tuition tomorrow (£100) I will pay the remaining £60 to Virgin. I'll only have £25 left (I currently have £5 in my bank). Then I need to pay back the £21.73 I borrowed from Dad last week. I have a little bit of money in my purse so I won't be completely skint and then I get paid the following Monday (:
Feeling less stressed already!
Now to go and look at stationary for when I get my temporary desk set up xxNo more making the same mistakes!

Thank you very much. Putting my battle face on ready to go up this new job centre, very nervous but my best friend is coming and with the help of google maps and street view we think we know where we are heading. It's only a 15 minute walk but we will set off about 40 minutes before instead to give us plenty of time to walk at our own pace, attempt not to get lost and grab a drink from the shop as I am very much needing some sort of sports drink.
I have not slept yet. I am exhausted. I tossed and turned all night but my head was just spinning. My cat has seriously not left my side all night. Every time I've rolled over or fidgeted he's moved to follow me and snuggled up to cuddle me.
I have a feeling I am going to burn through some money today - I have nothing in for lunch and I need to go to ASDA. Not only will I go in hungry but traumatised and stressed as well. But not to worry, I have moved some money around so worst case scenario I can only blow £50 which I know is still a big chunk of money but I'm hoping I can get some fridge stuff while I'm there so don't want to cut myself too short...No more making the same mistakes!

And for a rarity I'm actually going to cut myself a break. According to the budget I won't blow my entire budget if I do blow the full £50, calorie wise - I'd rather be fat and holding my sh*t together than skinny and locked up in a loony bin. We're all entitled to a blow out :P xxNo more making the same mistakes!

Hey I finally caught up. Broke my heart to hear about the cat. Thank you from a former cat owner. If that had been my little lady I would have felt very comforted knowing that. Maybe you could walk a few streets around locally and see if any missing posters have been put up? There are always lots here

Well done on managing your money and debt. You've got your head screwed on if only you can control this urge to spend money and replace it with something else. I too have the issue with spending to make myself feel better. It was groceries for me, and my house would easily survive a 6 week snow-in :rotfl: - but I control it by budgeting everything down to the last Nth. Sad but true, I budget out pocket money to myself, but there are separate categories for takeaways with money either in or not in them depending if I can afford it. The same with clothes etc. I never allow myself more than £20 in the spending money pot and if I spend it, then feel like buying a nice top or something, I would wait until the following month unless I can make the money on fleabay.
Big hugs. You are dealing with a lot xx
