I've dug out an old pedometer and am just meaduring my steps for now, next month I may make a little daily steps target for myself.
Have fun tonight _party_
Well we didn't end up going out, it was absolutely chucking it down and by the time everyone had dried off and warmed up they were yawning and it felt cruel to drag them out just for me. We might go tonight instead. So I gave myfitnesspal a little tweak as I had input my exercise and obviously that now wasn't getting done. I was a little worried that it would mean I had miles to go to reach my weekly goal but it says I've done 135 minutes, goal was 60. I've burned 671 and my goal was 540. Not quite as impressive but it still means I've completed my weekly goals!! :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T
Hope I can manage that again next week!!
On to the money side let's see what this month looks like.
£600 income.
£451.28 outgoings =
£100 tuition
£120 virgin (april and may bills)
£5 vodafone
£5 "mystery debt" (this comes out my money on the 18th so I must pay myself back via swagbucks asap!)
£10.56 water
£10 council
£5.99 netflix
£17 nowTV
£20 giffgaff (unlimited texts, unlimited internet and 2000 minutes :P)
£21.73 to replace the money I borrowed for virgin.
£50 grocery budget
£50 minimum left in the bank for next payday!
£50 "fun" money
I'm not sure if I have missed anything, I don't think so... But I will have to wait and see I suppose. There are a couple of things I would like to buy this month if the money is available - picnic set for example. But my first payday of June is 8th so I won't touch any of the "spare" money until then. I'm only allowed my £50 fun money. Spy comes out on the 23rd, I would quite like to go see it.

Hmmm. There is a comedian I love who is doing a show in December about an hour from me. Now Dad should have his car by then, but if not we would have to get the bus to the train station, to get a train to near where it is, to get a taxi to the actual venue. Make sense?
So with that in mind I wanted to work out the cost per person.
I'll say £20 for all taxis - it should come under that as from us to the train station is £5-£7, the taxi the other side is a shorter distance by a minute or two. Tickets for the show are £25 each. Train is £6.10 for return, £7 for 2 singles. I'll call it £7 so it's all round numbers lol.
Basically if I went alone it would cost me just under £55. I'd want to take £75 just to be on the safe side...
Not sure what to do. Whether to go or not. I know I want to, but equally I feel like that's a whole lot of money while paying off debt...No more making the same mistakes!

Hey Petal,
Well done on meeting all your goals.
What's the mystery debt?
Well, the comedian is in december, so that 7 months of money to save up for it/repay it....so about £10 a month to either save from your fun money or make extra to pay for it....
As long as it's not adding to your debt it's not a problem, especially if you save up fun money to pay for it or make extra money to save for it

That's what I was thinking, but the tickets sell fast so I need to buy the tickets asap. So I will discuss it with Dad and my friend to see if they want to go...
I suppose it shouldn't be too hard to sell the tickets if we don't end up going, I'm just worried about buying the tickets and then not going.
Mystery debt - Basically I owed money to Vodafone. The company that were dealing them were being paid by my husband while we were together, as it had been a while I wasn't sure if they were still dealing with the debt or how much. When they sent me a reply I found out they are also dealing with a debt to T-Mobile that I hadn't known about. Hence being named the mystery debt. They have sent me details and it definitely is mine, I'm a little annoyed that despite having contact with T-Mobile during that time (I paid off some money I owed them) they didn't make me aware that I still had a contract with them and therefore had a bit more debt to pay the following month. Anyway it's only £120, but I just begrudge paying out my own money and blowing my debt spreadsheet and budget on something no one told me about. So I set myself a challenge to pay it off using suverys etc instead.
I'm due to pay £5 a month, which is totally do-able. I currently have 309 points to go on swagbucks before I hit the £5 payout. Even if I do the minimum (36 points a day via the swagbucks tv) I SHOULD hit payout in time to pay myself back (:No more making the same mistakes!

Yes, I thought that with tickets, but do you have the availiable capital to be able to pay upfront and then replace it a little at a time? And you don't need to pay for the taxis upfront do you?Credit card respend 2551.58 (15/02/17)0

Yeah I could afford to pay for them upfront. Just spoken to my friend and she doesn't want to go, so just got to find out if Dad wants to go. I'm not going alone.
Taxi's would be paid at the time.No more making the same mistakes!

Hi, just a quickie, I do swagbucks
Not sure if you've seen but for IOS there are 3 apps
I only found out about it a couple of weeks ago and entered in swagbucks to the app store and it came up with 3, sbtv, lifestyle and sportify or something similar you get 36 for 1st, 18 sb with 2nd and 10sb with third each day. (on 2nd & 3rd though its 14 or 15 vids) also you don't need to watch the full vid, so long as it's played for 3seconds it pays out. Other thing on there work checking out it the Play, I play mad cab, you just click on to let it play, let the timer run down to 0 then play again, it pays out 2sb after 2 games (to a max of 10 points) Hope that helps.Following :money: to keep us debt free :j0 -

I will talk to him. If he doesn't it's not a huge deal. I can go another time. I'm planning to go on holiday once I'm debt free (:Hi, just a quickie, I do swagbucks

Thank you (: I will check these out! According to my calculations I should be able to hit pay out in the next few days just with the bare minimum, so hitting pay out early would be great. Especially as that's only £5, I will still have £115 after that. I know I could get there sooner if I just kept going and going until I hit £100 but someone has said they prefer lower payouts in case the account gets shut down or whatever which has previously happened to me on another survey site. It was a while back now, so can't remember what one but it has made me a bit jumpy now...
And thank you for popping up on my diary and looking through my ramblings (:No more making the same mistakes!
