Today is going to be #3.In fact,I'm declaring it already.
It's going to be very tight this month,due to a large cc bill (which I always pay off in full) and my having to go away unexpectedly last month,so I need to be as good as gold,and spend the absolute minimum.

Welcome back kerri Well done on the half marathon :T I think I could probably manage a whole one it's just getting that damn wrapper off (showing my age now !!)

Good afternoon gang, and welcome to the NSD Maypole Dance display.....Ah, I remember having to dress in shorts to be a boy in the dance at primary school, most unfair, but they did not have enough boys in the class. And here the dancers step up to the pole and grab their ribbons.....marmite, stop looking at Bert Scroggins' buns you filthy woman and pay attention, doesn't our Hubert look great?

Well, the dance has started well......lovely lace formation of the ribbons....Igor seems to be trying to cover the humunguous pimple on his knee (oh scotmum , how could you be so cruel as to rub marmalade on it knowing there were mozzies about?) And he is not concentrating on the music....he has bumped into Chef.....Chef has turned round in anger and socked Bert Scroggins with his chicky basher.....Hubert's frock is torn to shreds, revealing a giant nappy covered in pink sequins....how did that happen? Hang on....Oh you stupid donkey! Why are you wearing eight inch stilettos - two pairs- to do maypole dancing??? Give me strength......more cream cakes, please, kerri we have an emergency situation here....

I suppose this is as good a time as any to announce a new arrival for the Ennessdee Towers staff......Chef in the kitchen , Igor in the kitchen/garden/anywhere else he is needed....Hubert as the general gopher.....And here is our new housekeeper, please give a warm NSD gang welcome to.......Mrs Doyle! She has been sat at home with an ever increasing pile of sandwiches and cups of tea since she lost her job at the priests' house, so it is a kindness really for us to give her a job.......Yes please, Mrs Doyle, cups of tea all round....And there never was a maypole dancing injury that could not be cured by one of her sandwiches.....

Yay - even resisted a spend on the tinterwebs.

OH has gone out and got stuck between bikes on the tour de yorkshire. I think I need the Mrs Doyle smugness look as I told him not too...:cool:

Listed another two things on ebay but need to list more, have a great afternoon everyone.
