Oh my, I've seen a few New Years in to that tune :money:Nargleblast wrote: »The management regret to inform you that this karaoke party is hereby terminated on account of the following events and occurrences:
The injury caused to Swedish Chef by person or persons unknown.
The injury caused to Igor by person or persons unknown.
The arrest of the donkey known as Hubert for urinating in a public place.
The arrest of Helga under the Keeping no more than 2 voles in your beard Act of 1854.
The arrest of Mrs Doyle for supplying noxious substances disguised as cake.
The failure of the Good Ole Boys to fulfil their engagement as contracted on account of being found in possession of an offensive curry, pilchard and Brussels sprout, to be precise.
And, most heinous of all, the arrest of marmite, Kerri and scotmum for crimes against fashion.
Normal service at Ennessdee Towers will hopefully be resumed next month.
Oh, heck, that's tomorrow.....Igor, open your piggy bank, we need to get some bail money together.....
It's ok, no need for a whip round, I gave a couple of the prison guards some free pole lessons and they are now considering a career change so let us out though honestly, conical bras do not need to be classed as dangerous weapons, not even when spinning round the pole at high speed in my Pleasers.
HOW is it June already, not long to the longest day and I have the heating on and my onesie. :eek:Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Blimey,I didn't realise it was that cold in Blighty!
My Mum is still going to bed wearing knee length cashmere blend woolly socks.
Mind you,she does live in Shetland,where on a good summer's day it's a stifling 18°c.
Isn't there supposed to be a heatwave in the UK next weekend?
Thanks kerri.Looks like you saved the bacon.0 -
My heating still kicks in slightly morning and evening - and the last couple of nights have seen me unable to get to sleep properly until I put my bed-socks on (I'm still in fleecy or thick cotton PJs too, though I have recently managed to ditch the single 10-tog quilt I was throwing over my king-size 15-tog one!)
Anyway, I've just finished totting up NSDs for May, and have managed to scrape in with a total of 17 (against a target of 15). But the best run I managed was only 4 thanks to a couple of second-hand DVDs dropping to can't-be-missed-lowest-ever prices on Amaz0n. (Started watching season 1 of Hitchcock's half hour last night, and have to say that the quality is brilliant - especially as they were filmed in 1955  Well worth the 'under £3 plus postage' I paid for it, when it was - and is again - generally sitting at around £7.30)Cheryl0 -
