No refund (waiting for 2) for us yet either.
Had the emails blaming Worldpay a week ago - which was the most extraordinary (and clumsy) attempt at buck-passing I've ever seen.
Completely pointless of course - as Worldpay confirmed, our contract is with Dodgy Deals and it is they who must respond and pay up.
I wonder which clown at Dodgy Deals thought that buck-passing attempt was a good plan? It can hardly have helped their relationship with Worldpay! They (Dodgy Deals) seem to have become even more incompetent - and they were already at the top of the incompetency league table miles ahead of the competition. Quite a stunning performance - they seem to be going for a medal.
No word from Dodgy Deals since the buck-pass attempt, and we've been away for a week, so today it's time to start another round of complaint emails...0 -
Ordered 5 vouchers (one per member of my family). Of course received the emails to all 5 accounts advising we had violated T+C, and that we would get refund.
I have not sent any messages to MD. Today I read that some had received refunds so checked our bank/credit card statements.
3 out of 5 have been refunded.
Will wait to see what happens with the other 2 accounts.0 -

Did raise a ticket with MD two weeks ago asking where the refund is but no reply to that.0 -
I have had my refund now, finally. I wasn't dancing for joy, but am just glad to be back where I was before this all started and will never be going near them again.
Just need to submit yet another ticket to attempt to get my account fully closed and all of my details deleted from their systems. Not getting far as they just keep closing my tickets without looking at them.0
