Redeemed my voucher a few weeks ago and printed the giftcard, took it to Tesco today and found out that it had no balance on it! Emailed Mightydeals, hope they'll get back to me. I don't think I want to deal with this company anymore.

Same here. I have been constantly e-mailing Mighty Deals and they have stopped responding. Not had any replies since 1st June. I am £10 down (2 per household). Also asked credit card for a chargeback and 8 days later still waiting. I am DEFINITELY NOT dealing with them any more.

I am still waiting for my voucher, I have emailed at least 6 times twice asking for a refund they asked me for the details of the card I paid with which I gave and still nothing absolutely ridiculous

I think I'll phone the credit card company and asked for the £5 chargeback also. All the hassle for nothing! Good luck to us all.

Bit of news. Finally got a response from Liam. He redeemed my voucher manually. I printed it out, checked the balance on the balance checker. It has £10 on it! Now to see if Tesco will take it. If so, next step is unsubscribe to Mighty Deals and never deal with them again!

Polar Bill, did you contact them via the customerfeedback email address or the ticket system? I haven't phoned the credit card company yet. If they are willing to sort it out rather quickly, then I'll wait. I've already unsubscribed as I was so annoyed with the company... Thanks.
