I won't give up and be quiet. They have had my £5 for 2 months now and not delivered what was promised 5-6 weeks ago, 15th May iirc.

I have eventually got my £5 refund after they have closed my ticket without any communications and I reopened it saying that I wasn't satisfied. Evetually had an apologetic reply to say that there was a glitch and they will refund me. All that hassle and lack of communication from the company! To be honest, I am just glad to have my money back!

We bought a £10 argos voucher for £5 over a month ago from this company. They sent us an email with a BLANK code, so we complained. We were promised a refund but 5 days later they gave us mightydeals cash instead of our money back. I emailed 5-6 more times before I got a response to say I would definitely get a refund. To this day I am still waiting. I have sent numerous emails and they keep saying they will do it but they have STILL kept our money. Do not use this company!!!!!!
